Biography

Nnaemeka Uwaezuoke is a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Petroleum Engineering, Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). He is an Examination Officer and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students. He holds a Doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) in Nigeria, and a Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger (UiS) in Norway. He also received a Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng) in Petroleum Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), where he was the best graduating student in the department. He has authored and co-authored engineering textbooks and publications in reputable international journals, and attended seminars, workshops, and conferences in Nigeria, France, Norway, and the USA. Dr. Uwaezuoke has had engineering trainings in the Schlumberger Sugarland Learning Center (SLC) facility in Houston, Texas, and Aker Well Intervention Academy, Stavanger, Norway.

He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
