Biography

Engr. Kingsley was born to the family of Sir and Lady R.O. Anyibuekwu on 29th May,he attended primary, secondary and tertiary(FUTO) institutions and proceeded to do his master degree in Environmental Engineering at Nnamdi Azikiwe University,Awka,AnambraSate,he is a christian,married with kids and gainfully employed.
