Biography

ONYEAGOCHA, Stephen Umeamuefula Osuji is a professor of Agricultural Economics, specialized in Agricultural Finance and Projects. He graduated from the University of Nigeria 1982,1986 and 2009 for the B.Agric, M.Sc and Ph.D respectively. He joined Federal University of Technology, Owerri in 2001 and has held different positions, including Head of Department [2019-2022], Deputy Director of University Computer Centre [2015-2017], Co-ordinator of CCE Programme for SAAT [2006-2012], Director, FUTO Micro Finance Bank [2020 -2023].

His current research interest is on Agribusiness Management and Finance. He has supervised 3 Ph.D students and 12 M.Sc students. He was appointed full professor on 1ST October, 2015 and have taught full time for about 22years.
