Jude Ndubuisi Nkwocha is the Bursary staff attached to the Public Procurement Research Center (PPRC).  He holds HND in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Nekede and also a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Port Harcourt.
Presently he is Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Accounts).
